Join JC while she shares her Begin Within & Be Well wellness techniques (combo of hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis practices, meditation & prayerful intention and affirmations and the beautiful law of attraction.) In between the live recordings, when it feels authentic to do so, I will release a recorded video addressing your questions and comments that come up during our facebook live that I am not able to answer on that day. Overall the LIVE and recorded videos will be discussing techniques and tools to deal with a greater understanding of how to lose our mind and come to our senses when contrast presents itself.
