28 plus years, I turned to numerous studies and certifications from Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master,
to Hypnotherapist/ Neuro-Linguistic Programming…I have voraciously studied meditation,
sound healing, religion, spirituality & self-help as well as the healing potentials in those God-given treasures like plants, animals, essential oils, crystals, and nature. I simply feel we are spiritual beings first, having a human experience second. And I have seen and felt that there is a power within us (aligned with Source) that can support healing dis-ease in body, mind, and emotions. By getting into a relaxed state, you allow the conscious (monkey brain) mind to move over so that you have access to the subconscious mind. This is where you feed the positive suggestions for wellness to replace the negative belief systems previously held. It is a
simple process but works well with repeated practice. These days, I find it makes sense to share all of my studies and findings and combine them into one and that is how the BEGIN WITHIN & BE WELL, audios* transpired (came to light.) AND SO IT IS. in joy, jc.
