While moving through life we tend to micromanage through our days and forget that there is a legacy that we are leaving each and every second of the day. After spending time with one of the main characters in my memoir – eleven Days – Bayard Stockton (a dying writing professor from the University of Santa Barbara)- he helped to make this clear in my own life. I had always wanted to be an artist and the truth is my life is my art. It isn’t always pretty and at times it has been quite messy and ugly. But the one thing that holds true is that when I look at my life as a whole piece of art, I see the beauty in all the flaws and it is why I started using the word FLAWSOME. That’s what you and I are. We are BOTH flawed and awesome. May you live your life not attached to the perfect happy ending, but rather more focused on the process of our lives unfolding each and every minute that we get to take a breath.
If this resonates with you, you may want to take a look at my guidebook: TEMPORARILY CLOSED For Self Care & Spiritual Maintenance is jammed packed with ideas on how to align to create the life we dream of.
Care Recommendations: Spiritualitees can be machine washed, gently tumbled dry, or laid flat to dry. Tees with embroidery or crystals should be hand-washed, or gently washed and laid flat to dry. You can iron if needed, but I don’t recommend it because ironing sucks. ☺
Phrases and symbols are there to encourage, support & inspire. Tees are designed & Copywrited by JC Cochrane.
